Bassem Salama

Bassem Salama has a diverse work experience that includes roles in customer success, account management, consultancy, business development, finance, and leasing. Bassem is currently the Director of Customer Success at Makeswift since August 2023. Prior to that, they worked as a Customer Success - Account Manager and Functional Consultant at Next Technik from February 2022 to August 2023. Bassem was an Associate Consultant at NetSuite from March 2021 to February 2022. Before that, they served as a Business Development Consultant at Oracle from June 2019 to February 2021. Bassem also worked as the Vice President of Finance and Director of Donor Communications at The Backpack Project, Inc. from March 2017 to May 2019. In addition, they were a Financial Representative at Northwestern Mutual from January 2019 to April 2019 and a Leasing Consultant at The Flats at Carrs Hill from August 2015 to July 2016.

Bassem Salama completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Economics and Finance at the University of Georgia - Terry College of Business from 2014 to 2019.
