Neena M. has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Neena started their career as a Morning News Anchor/Reporter at Desert Ridge High School from 2008 to 2012. In 2015, they interned as a Florence Magazine Intern at International Studies Abroad (ISA) and also worked as a Live Sports Production Intern at Pac-12 Networks. Neena then became a Reporter/Anchor at Blaze 1330AM Radio and completed a Video Production Internship at Bonneville Phoenix - KTAR News, Arizona Sports & ESPN Phoenix.

In 2016, Neena founded and created their own digital influencing brand called Capital Blonde, where they create and develops independent content for their website and social media platforms. Neena also has experience as a Sports Reporter at Cronkite News at Arizona PBS.

Neena has worked as a Brand Ambassador at Infinite Reach Agency and managed interactions with customers for Budweiser during the Cactus League field spring training games in the Phoenix, Arizona area.

Currently, Neena is working at The Original MakeUp Eraser, initially as a Brand Manager from April 2018 to October 2022, and then as the Marketing Director starting from October 2022. In their role as Marketing Director, they focus on various aspects such as brand building, profit optimization, CRM, media ecosystem strategies, innovation pipeline, and licensing partner plans for the MakeUp Eraser brand.

Neena M. began their education in 2012 when they enrolled at Arizona State University. Neena pursued a Bachelor's Degree in Broadcast Journalism and completed their studies in 2016. In 2014, they briefly attended The American College of Greece to further their Bachelor's Degree, but it is unclear what specific field of study they pursued at that time. In 2015, Neena took a semester abroad at Università degli Studi di Firenze, where they continued their studies in Journalism.
