Hillary Proctor is an international development leader and agribusiness specialist with over 20 years of experience. They co-founded the Women’s Business Society, where they enhanced women’s access to enterprise development. At Making Cents International, Hillary holds the position of Vice President and oversees various projects that increase economic opportunities for vulnerable populations. They previously served as a consultant with the International Rescue Committee and worked with the Peace Corps, where they developed key programs in agribusiness and community development. Hillary is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business Economics and Anthropology and a Master's degree in Sustainable International Development.
