Taylor Rust

Taylor Rust currently serves as the Head of Growth & Partnerships at Making Space since January 2026. Previously, Taylor held the position of Director of Strategic Partnerships at Joshin, a platform dedicated to supporting neurodivergence and disability. With extensive experience at WTW from May 2013 to April 2024, Taylor occupied multiple leadership roles, including Director of Integrated & Global Solutions, Director of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, and Director of Health & Benefits. Taylor's expertise spans inclusive benefits, multi-year strategy development, and client relationship management, with a focus on enhancing DEI initiatives in collaboration with major global organizations. Taylor holds an Executive MBA from Brown University and IE University, along with a Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics from Texas A&M University.
