Rachel Post

Rachel Post is the Owner of MakorIT, a role held since 2006, where MakorIT provides interim management, builds and scales HR and recruitment departments for fast-growing tech companies, and conducts in-house executive search for senior tech and cybersecurity professionals, along with HR and recruitment-related project management. They served as Talent Acquisition Specialist at GAIn – The Global AI network from 2022 to 2024. They were Head of Talent Acquisition at Rewire from 2023 to 2024. They worked as Psychologist - Consultant at POST | BLANKEN + PARTNERS from 2003 to 2016. They earned a BA in Criminology from Bar-Ilan University (1998–2001) and an MSc in Psychology from the University of Amsterdam (2001–2007).
