The company, Maks Drug Limited (MDL), a various generic medicine manufacturing and supplying to the local market was sponsored by a group of entrepreneur named Dr. A T M Rezaul Karim, Chairman, Dr. Mohammad Yousuf, Managing Director along with three other directors and other shareholders. The Company was incorporated in 1972 and will be operated under new management. The company has a plan to export medicine in the international market in future. Maks Drug Limited (MDL) is aiming to manufacturing medicine for Allergic disorders, Analgesics & Antipyretic, Anti-infectives, Anti-viral, Cardiovascular, Central nervous system, Cough & cold, Endocrine & diabetes, Eye care, Gastrointestinal, Hormones & Steroid, Intravenous fluids, Muscloskeletal, Respiratory, Skin care, Vitamins & Minerals supplement and other diseases. 

The production unit is already running and new setup will be in place with in 1st March, 2023 at the factory at Plot No- S 58-59, BSCIC Konabari I/A, Joydebpur, Gazipur, Bangladesh and the head office is located at House# 259, Road # 19, New DOHS, Mohakhali, Dhaka- 1206, Bangladesh.
