Pascal MARCO

Pascal MARCO has extensive experience in leadership and external relations, beginning as a Coordonnateur de Formation at ALFA from January 1992 to September 1997. Subsequently, Pascal served as Secrétaire Fédéral at FEP CFDT from September 1997 to November 2005, and then as Secrétaire Confédéral at CFDT from March 2008 to November 2015, overseeing confederal campaigns, policy projects, and institutional representation. From November 2005 to March 2008, Pascal worked as Délégué Général at ASSECO, where responsibilities included directing the association and coordinating local networks. Afterward, Pascal held the position of Responsable des Relations Extérieures for Ile de France at Malakoff Humanis from November 2015 to August 2019, focusing on commercial action plans and institutional partnerships. Educational credentials include a DESS in Droit du Travail Gestion des Ressources Humaines from Université Paris 13 and a Maitrise in Sociologie du Travail from Université Paris Nanterre.
