Rozan Rahim

Rozan Rahim is a trainer at Malaysia Airlines, where they have been involved in aviation since 1993, flying both Boeing and Airbus commercial aircraft. As a CAAM appointed Crew Resource Management Instructor/Examiner, Rozan designs and conducts training programs focused on operational hazards and CRM skills. Additionally, since 2017, they have provided training for Regulatory Trainers at the Malaysia Airlines Academy. Rozan has held various positions, including Captain A380 and Type Rating Instructor for B737-400/800. They earned their ATPL from Air Service Training (Engineering) Ltd.
