Wayne Broughton is an experienced professional in the drilling and engineering field, currently serving as General Superintendent at Malcolm Drilling since May 1996. Prior to this role, Wayne worked as a Field Service Engineer at Davis Drilling from May 1991 to May 1996, overseeing the installation of well pumps and water systems for residential and community projects. Wayne's career began as a Field Service Technician at American Equipment from February 1989 to April 1991, focusing on pressure washer technology and installation of treatment systems for various clients, including the Department of Transportation and Port of Tacoma. Wayne holds an Associate of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Olympic College, earned between 1988 and 1990.
