Maldives Business School was registered as Malé Business School with the Department of Higher Education in January 2010. It was registered as Maldives Business School and a college in 2013.

Maldives Business School provides high-quality business education to students in the Maldives. Maldives Business School was the first in the Maldives to provide its students with an online portal in 2010 to submit assignments, view grades, attendance, and access resources. It was also the first institution in the Maldives to provide students with 24/7 personal access to an online library.

Our vision is to be a college of choice for business education in the Maldives and for our alumni to be leaders in the business community with robust systems developed through ongoing process improvement and service enhancement. 

As a specialist business school, our mission is to support the development of our country by providing high quality education in business, business-related subjects and support fields to a small segment of the higher education student population in the country while keeping our fees affordable and our services centered on caring, convenience and love. 

In 2015, Maldives Business School signed a partnership agreement with UBIS University in Geneva, Switzerland to offer UBIS University’s Bachelor of Business Administration to students in the Maldives.
