We are a small and growing house building company based in North Yorkshire with a vision of making sustainable living possible for all with beautiful & affordable homes.

Our team is made up of people with a wealth of experience in planning, place making, and construction management.
We’re passionate about creating homes that both we and you will be proud of. They are designed and built with the environment in mind.
Modern methods of construction and sustainable heating and energy systems are at the forefront of what we do to minimise our affect on our precious planet and make the running costs of your new home as low as possible.

We hope that our personal attention to detail and workmanship really shows through on all of our developments.
