Frédéric Mercier

Frédéric Mercier, CPA, CBV, is currently the Director of Corporate Finance and M&A at MALLETTE Société de comptables professionnels agréés, a position held since 2019. Prior to this role, Frédéric worked as a Certification Intermediary at the same firm from 2017 to 2019 and served as a Customer Service Representative at TD from 2015 to 2017. Frédéric completed a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting at Université Laval, followed by a Specialized Graduate Diploma in Accounting from the same institution. Frédéric is also pursuing a CBV/EEE degree at York University, expected to conclude in 2023.
