Pascal Moffet

Pascal Moffet is a mergers and acquisitions consultant specializing in small and medium-sized businesses with fair market values up to $75 million. They assist clients throughout the transaction process, from identifying buyers or sellers to negotiations and due diligence, and are recognized as an expert in business valuation as a member of the CBV. Previously, Pascal held the position of Partner at MALLETTE and Manager at Andersen, where they focused on corporate finance and transaction advisory services. Pascal earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting from Université Laval and furthered their expertise with various qualifications in corporate finance and business valuation.
