David Smith

David Smith is an experienced supply chain professional currently serving as the Contract Manufacturing Manager at Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals since November 2022. Prior to this role, David was the Manager of Global Supply Chain at Cardinal Health from April 2020 to October 2022, and held the position of Head of Group Supply Chain at DCC Vital between February 2018 and February 2020. David's experience also includes working as the Commercial Supply Chain Manager at Alkermes from July 2015 to October 2017. David holds a BSc. (Hons) in Supply Chain Management from the University of Limerick, obtained between 2016 and 2018, and has foundational education from the Irish Institute of Purchasing & Materials Management from 2003 to 2006, and Queen Elizabeth's Grammar School in Ashbourne from 1984 to 1989.
