Empowering Mallorca as a leading MICE destination

Mallorca Convention Bureau is a non-profit association that represents and promotes Mallorca as a leading destination for meetings, incentives, conferences and events (MICE). Founded almost 45 years ago, the MCB brings together companies from across the island’s event industry —from hotels, venues and DMCs to transport providers, catering companies, and local experience creators— to position Mallorca on the international MICE map.

Our mission is to maximise Mallorca’s potential as a professional, innovative and sustainable destination. We act as a bridge between international buyers and local suppliers, offering impartial support, strategic guidance and a deep understanding of the island’s possibilities.

Through collaboration, we strengthen the sector’s competitiveness, foster synergies among professionals, and drive initiatives that contribute to the social, cultural and economic development of Mallorca.

Currently in a new era of transformation, the MCB is evolving to reflect the island’s vitality, modernity and global reach. Our focus lies in:

Enhancing visibility in key international markets.

Building partnerships with institutions, associations and industry players.

Promoting Mallorca’s unique blend of professionalism, accessibility, sustainability, and Mediterranean lifestyle.

Supporting our members through networking opportunities, training, and strategic events that connect them with decision-makers worldwide.

Mallorca Convention Bureau represents the collective strength, passion and professionalism of an industry united to shape the future of MICE in the Balearic Islands.
