Åsa Andersson

Åsa Andersson is the head of the quality and strategy unit at the property and street office, focusing on quality work from a holistic perspective and the establishment of sustainable processes in the technical sector. Previously, Åsa served as a quality developer in Malmö's functional support administration and has extensive experience in quality management within politically governed organizations. Åsa's professional journey includes roles as a development coordinator, acting unit manager, and project leader, where they emphasized user-focused process development and sustainable change. Åsa holds a master's degree in IMER from Malmö University and has further training in public administration and crisis management.
