Frida Andersson

Frida Andersson currently serves as Sektionschef Kontaktcenter at Malmö stad since July 2021. Previously, Frida held the position of Verksamhetschef at Friskis och Svettis from September 2020 to June 2021, where responsibilities included operational management, staff and budget oversight, and development of training programs. From May 2017 to June 2020, Frida was Kundservicechef at Lernia, managing a national customer service and sales team, improving operational processes, and enhancing customer satisfaction through various initiatives. Frida's experience also includes serving as Avdelningschef at Eslövs kommun from January 2008 to April 2017, overseeing multiple administrative functions and initiating a new contact center. Earlier roles included leadership positions at Eslövs bad och Friskvård and Eslövs kommun, focusing on service development and project management in community services and elder care. Frida holds an Arbetsledarexamen in Leadership from Vårdhögskolan Malmö, completed in 1998.
