Helle Harbo

Helle Harbo is currently the Sektionschef for Budget and Debt Counseling as well as Housing Counseling in Malmö Stad. With nine years of leadership experience, including six years managing through other leaders, Helle has a strong background in leading, developing, and coordinating organizations undergoing change. Helle is a notariemeriterad jurist with public sector and law firm experience, as well as a certified teacher with expertise in all levels of compulsory education and adult education. Helle's approach is driven by curiosity and a commitment to fostering productive dialogue while maintaining a focus on operations, budget, personnel, and quality assurance.
