Pål Sander

Pål Sander is currently the Enhetschef at Malmö stad, overseeing Funktionstödsförvaltningen, LSS - bostäder, which includes multiple LSS residences. Prior to this, Pål held various leadership positions, including Verksamhetschef for both the social care of children and youth at Kristianstads kommun and the cultural department at Kävlinge kommun. With a Bachelor's Degree in Public Administration from the University of Lund and additional coursework in pedagogical approaches, Pål has a strong background in administrative and economic roles, spanning over three decades across multiple municipal organizations. Pål's experience also includes responsibilities for HR, development, and organizational restructuring initiatives.
