Sara Lundgren

Sara Lundgren is an experienced pedagogical leader and coach with a strong background in norm criticism, values-based approaches, and relational competence. They have worked with children and youth in various educational and leadership roles since 1997, including 13 years as a music teacher and more than 15 years as a leader in cultural and educational activities. Currently, Sara is on leave from their role as unit manager at Malmö Kulturskola to pursue a Master’s program in Leadership at Högskolan Väst, focusing on organizational theory and sustainable leadership. Additionally, they are developing VIS – Vuxen i Samhället, aiming to support adults interacting with young people through workshops and coaching.
