Sofie Lindberg

Sofie Lindberg is an experienced operations manager with a focus on winter operations at Malmö stad, supervising snow removal and ice control for various roadways and pathways. Previously, as a street engineer, Sofie managed the maintenance of hard surfaces in southern Malmö. Experience includes working as a project employee at Sweco, where involvement in public surveys and parking inventory highlighted strong project management skills. Prior roles at Skanska involved hands-on construction work and gaining insights into site communication and system planning. Sofie has also served as an exercise leader at Lunds tekniska högskola and contributed to national road signage planning with Trafikverket. Education includes a Master of Engineering in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Lund University and a Master of Engineering in Transport Systems from the Technical University of Munich.
