Mohammad Juma

Mohammad Juma has a diverse work experience spanning over various companies and roles. Mohammad began their career as an eBusiness Consultant with Harf Information Technology, where they worked on projects for private and public sector companies, focusing on IT solutions and technologies. Mohammad then moved on to Arabian Advanced Systems, where they served as an IT Business Analyst, performing business analysis activities for enterprise web portal projects. Mohammad also took on the role of Quality Assurance Officer, implementing quality assurance practices and policies. Additionally, they worked as a Product Manager, responsible for analyzing market conditions and defining product features.

Juma later joined Hewlett-Packard as an IT Business Analyst, specializing in monetary and financial sector projects. During this time, they were involved in the analysis and design of solutions for the SADAD project.

Subsequently, Juma worked as a Project Manager at Saudi Telecom Company for a brief period before joining Al-Elm Information Security Company as a Technical Solutions Architect and Pre-sales Consultant. In this role, they focused on understanding customer needs, designing software solutions, and supporting the sales team.

Juma then joined Upwork as a Solutions Architect and Presales Consultant, providing consulting services for companies in solutions architecture, software solutions design, and business analysis. Mohammad also conducted training courses and prepared project estimations and costing.

Most recently, Juma served as a Technical Presales Consultant and Bid Manager at Injazat, where they provided technical presales consultancy and managed bids.

Currently, Juma is working as the Head of Presales and Bid Management at malomatia.

Mohammad Juma completed their high school education at Irbid Secondary School from 1998 to 1999, focusing on the field of Science. Mohammad then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science at Jordan University of Science and Technology from 1999 to 2005.

In addition to their formal education, Mohammad Juma obtained various certifications throughout their career. In 2005, they became a Microsoft Certified Professional in VB.Net Windows Applications. In 2006, they earned the Microsoft Certified Professional designation in ASP.Net Web Applications. In 2009, they became a Certified Scrum Master through the Scrum Alliance. In 2011, they obtained an ITIL Foundation certification from EXIN your ICT competence partner. In 2013, Mohammad Juma earned the Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute and became a Certified Business Analysis Professional through the International Institute of Business Analysis.
