Brian Healy

Brian Healy is a seasoned Project Manager with extensive experience in the construction and property management sectors. Currently employed at MALONE Group since June 2022, Brian is managing the development of a state-of-the-art laboratory for Estée Lauder in Hampshire, also acting as Employer's Agent. Previously, Brian held various leadership roles, including Associate Director at Cogent Associates Ireland and Project Manager at CQS Group, overseeing significant projects such as the Regional Distribution Centre for LIDL. Brian's career spans over two decades, with positions at organizations including St Francis Group, RPS, and Turner & Townsend, where responsibilities ranged from project management to senior quantity surveying across diverse sectors, including education, commercial, and industrial projects. Brian holds a Bachelor's degree from Birmingham City University and a Diploma in Construction Economics from Munster Technological University.
