Michael Collins

Michael Collins is an experienced project manager with a proven track record in operational sustainability, property management, and semiconductor manufacturing. Currently serving as the AIB Programme Manager for Operational Sustainability at Malone Group since June 2016, Michael leads initiatives to achieve AIB's Climate Action targets by 2030 and established a governance structure for the program. Previously, Michael managed various property-related projects as the AIB Portfolio Manager for Property & Assets. Prior to AIB, Michael held project management roles at DPS Engineering and LEXAS Integrated Technology France, where responsibilities included overseeing construction activities in semiconductor facilities and managing technical resources. Michael began their career as a Customer Engineer at Applied Materials, supporting semiconductor manufacturing systems. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Telecommunications Engineering and a Diploma in Project Management from Dublin City University and the Institute of Project Management Ireland, respectively.
