Kostya B. is a seasoned UI/UX and Digital Designer currently employed at GrowthHit since October 2021, where focus lies on running data-driven growth experiments for clients in various sectors including Shopify and eCommerce. With a solid foundation in graphic design developed through ongoing work with Malt and as a Freelance Graphic Designer on upWork, Kostya also possesses experience in marketing management from a previous role at eMagicOne, a company specializing in smart e-commerce solutions. Earlier in the career, Kostya served as a French interpreter at BIOTEK Agriculture and Mriya Agro Holding. Educationally, Kostya holds a Bachelor's degree in Manager-Economist from Ternopil Academy of National Economy and has completed prior studies at A.D.E.C.O.H and Ternopil Ivan Franko Ukrainian gymnasium.
