Romain Monceau

Romain Monceau is an experienced operations engineering manager currently working at Malt since December 2022. With a strong background in engineering management, Romain has been organizing PHP meetups in Nantes since January 2018 and held various significant roles at Akeneo from October 2012 to March 2023, including maintenance engineering manager and marketplace engineering manager. Responsibilities included leading squads, implementing agile processes, setting KPIs, improving developer experiences, and enhancing product features while utilizing PHP, Symfony, and various technologies.
