Xavier Harder

Xavier Harder is an experienced professional with a diverse background in finance, business development, and strategic growth. Currently serving as Head of Self-Service and Key Alliances at Malt since December 2021, Xavier previously held the position of Managing Director at Open Talent at Deloitte, where significant contributions included creating a community of over 2000 freelancers and successfully staffing multiple projects. Earlier roles involved work in financial auditing and business development, including a position at Rocket Internet SE, and co-founding Visityourflat SARL. Xavier holds a Master of Science in Corporate Finance & Banking from EDHEC Business School.
