Ross Sobey

Ross Sobey is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in financial management and analysis. They served as Finance Manager at Bulla Dairy Foods and as Business Analyst at Goodman Fielder, where they focused on profitability analysis and financial reporting. As the Director of Finance, Strategy & Transformation at CRH, Ross managed financial planning and analysis, strategic business reviews, and led a finance and commercial team across multiple regions. Currently, they are the Regional Finance Manager for AU/NZ at Malteurop and hold the position of Finance Director at DMC Foods. Ross is a graduate of Deakin University with a Bachelor of Commerce and has also completed a Diploma in Education at the University of Melbourne.
