Brea Pickford

Brea Pickford, MSHRM, is an experienced People Operations Lead at Malwarebytes since January 2021, where responsibilities include developing and delivering custom HR metrics reports for internal stakeholders. Prior experience includes roles as Local HR with the Florida Department of Health, managing recruitment processes, and HR Onboarding Specialist for Corporate Brokers, focused on vendor management systems for PwC. Brea also served as an Admissions Counselor at Keiser University, acting as a liaison with prospective students, and worked as a Recruiter at Allstate, evaluating candidates and presenting recruitment programs. Brea holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Florida International University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Multi/Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of South Florida.
