Daniela Ostovic

Daniela Ostovic (Rusu), CMgr MCMI, currently serves as Senior Manager of Customer Support at Malwarebytes, where strategic leadership and management of a large global team are key responsibilities. Previously, as Shopper Support Director at 2Checkout, Daniela led the growth of the customer service team from seven to over 30 members while enhancing support operations. Daniela began the professional journey at Nobel Romania, progressing through various roles, and holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Academia de Studii Economice din București, as well as a College degree in International Relations and European Studies from the University of Bucharest.
