James Hemond, CSM, currently serves as Global Support Manager at Malwarebytes, a position held since September 2023. Prior to this, James worked at Mad Mobile from January 2017 to July 2023, where responsibilities included overseeing project management for client upgrades, leading the creation of a support organization for Fortune 1000 clients, and maintaining a high-quality support team. James possesses extensive experience in technical support and project management, having previously held roles at BMC Software, VCPI, In Touch Legal, Sunbelt Software, and Systems Plus Computers. James founded Footsteps Computer Services, LLC, gaining valuable entrepreneurial experience, and holds degrees from Vermont Technical College and the New England School of Broadcasting.
