Michael Sherwood

Michael Sherwood has a diverse work experience in various leadership and technical roles. Michael started their career in the United States Air Force as a Satellite & Wideband Communication Journeyman, where they gained experience in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining communication systems. Michael also designed and documented training procedures for software installation and repair.

After their military service, Sherwood joined Geek Squad as a Computer Technician and later became a Technical Trainer. In these roles, they developed operational procedures, trained technicians on computer and networking systems, and launched the Geek Squad concept in multiple locations. Michael also invented and operationalized industry-wide computer setup and diagnostic software.

In 2014, Sherwood joined Malwarebytes as a Senior Director of Technician Services, where they oversaw technical services and drove online growth. Michael later held the roles of VP of Online Growth, VP of Marketing Technology, and currently serves as VP of Product. Throughout their career, Sherwood has demonstrated exceptional leadership and technical skills in various industries.

Michael Sherwood attended the University of Maryland Global Campus, where they pursued a BS degree in Information Systems Management and Business Administration.
