Neil Murphy

Neil Murphy possesses extensive experience in technical account management and support roles, currently serving as a Technical Account Manager for Customer Onboarding at Malwarebytes since April 2021. Prior to this, Neil worked at Virtustream as an Analyst in Enterprise Technical Services, where responsibilities included triaging support for global enterprise cloud customers and managing high-severity incidents. Previous positions include Technical Support Engineer at Flexsource Solutions, Tier 1 support roles at Spanning Cloud Apps, and EMEA Frontline Technical Support for Mozy at Occipital Ltd., where duties involved troubleshooting and ensuring high-quality customer service. Additionally, Neil held technical support positions for Google Enterprise at Voxpro and gained early experience as a Retail Salesman and Student Engineer. Neil holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Structural Engineering and a Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering, both from Munster Technological University.
