Rumna Mishra

Rumna Mishra has extensive work experience in various product management roles. Rumna began their career as a Software Engineer at Alliance Computer Technology Inc in 2000. Rumna then worked as a Business Object Developer/Analyst at Hewlett Packard Enterprise in 2005, where they built Business Object universe and reports for a claim department. In 2005, they also worked as a System Analyst at CSAA Insurance Group, a AAA Insurer. Mishra joined Symantec in 2006, starting as a Principal IT Business Analyst and Business Object Developer before becoming a Sr. Technical Product Manager, responsible for implementing a new in-house billing system and building an eCommerce platform. Rumna later became a Sr. Product Manager at Symantec and contributed to the development of cybersecurity products. Since 2015, Mishra has been working at Malwarebytes, progressing from Sr. Product Manager to Director Product Management and then to Senior Director of Product Management. In their current role as Vice President of Product Management, they are instrumental in driving customer benefit, growth, and long-term differentiation through product and platform strategies. Rumna has also led business growth and expansion initiatives, developed cloud-based multi-tenant platforms, and implemented systems for license enforcement and subscription-based models.

Rumna Mishra has a Master of Computer Applications (M.C.A.) from Utkal University and a Bachelor's Degree in Science from the same university. Rumna is currently pursuing an Executive MBA at the MIT Sloan School of Management. In terms of additional certifications, Rumna is a Certified Product Manager from the University of California, Berkeley, and has obtained a Product Management/Pragmatic Marketing Certification from Pragmatic Institute. Rumna is also certified as a Business Analyst from QuickStart Intelligence.
