Trey Wafer

Trey Wafer is a seasoned professional in product strategy and management, currently serving as the Sr. Director of Product Strategy at Malwarebytes since November 2021, where oversight of a $100M+ cybersecurity business is a key responsibility. Prior to this role, Trey held multiple positions at McAfee from June 2008 to October 2021, including Director of Datacenter & Cloud Security, where leadership in product management led to significant growth in datacenter and cloud services. Previous experience includes roles at Polycom Corporation and 3Com Corporation, as well as service as a Captain in the United States Army Reserve. Trey Wafer holds a BA in International Relations & Spanish from Claremont McKenna College and an MSFS (MBA) in International Business & Finance from Georgetown University.
