Lanée S. is the founder of MAMA & OG, a Black, woman-owned resin business that makes handmade resin food for play kitchens. They have experience in talent acquisition and recruiting, including roles at Dexcom (2009–2011), The Novo Group (2011–2014) as Recruiting Consultant, Ventas (2014–2016) as Corporate Recruiter, and LinkedIn (2016–2019) as Recruiter for the Global Sales Organization. They served as CEO of Slaughter-Gomoll Household from 2019 to 2024. They earned a B.A. in Honors Political Science and Sociology from The Ohio State University (2001–2005) and completed a Mass Communications Internship Program at The Washington Center in 2005.
