MamaCare brings a fresh new approach to pregnancy. We believe that nourishing, nurturing and pampering mum throughout all stages of pregnancy encourages new mums to feel good about taking time to take care of herself and baby. We source premium Australian ingredients and create the very best products for mums-to-be.

MamaCare’s flagship product is a nutritional pregnancy supplement, which is easy to prepare – simply mix two scoops of MamaCare (55g) into 200ml of water and take once a day to meet all the extra nutritional demands of conception, pregnancy and breastfeeding. MamaCare is stocked in pharmacies – you can find a stockist using the store locator on the MamaCare website.

MamaCare is a great source of Folic Acid to reduce the risk of fetal neural tube defects. Women of childbearing age should consume at least 400 μg of folic acid each day for at least one month before and three months after conception. MamaCare also contains a type of Iron, which is gentle on the stomach, and is a good source of Iodine for normal production of thyroid hormones. MamaCare may be less nauseating than a tablet with high Iron content. High Iron supplementation has been found to be one of the common causes of nausea in pregnancy. Switching to a supplement like MamaCare, with a more moderate amount of iron, is worth a try to see if it helps.
