Jack Brennan

Jack Brennan currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Maman NYC, having previously held the position of Vice President of Supply Chain & Strategic Projects at Bluestone Lane. With extensive experience in the food and retail sectors, Jack has contributed to significant board roles, including serving on the Board of Directors for Juice Co and overseeing strategic initiatives that led to revenue growth and enhanced operational efficiencies. Notable achievements include a comprehensive brand strategy overhaul at Retail Zoo alongside Bain Capital and the establishment of Food Associates, a consultancy focused on the Food to Go and Convenience sectors. Jack's background also features roles in product development with Chef Middle East LLC and Bakkavor Holdings, as well as culinary leadership at Gordon Ramsay Holdings and academic contributions as a Pastry Chef Lecturer at University College Birmingham. Jack holds a BA (Hons) in Culinary Arts Management from the University of Birmingham.
