Melanie Blacklock is the General Manager of Maman, where they lead operations and staff management. Previously, they served as Front of House Manager and Catering Sales at Bonton Farms, overseeing daily operations and enhancing guest engagement. With a background as Assistant Food Service Director at First Baptist Dallas, they managed logistics for large events and maintained food service operations for a significant client base. Additionally, Blacklock has experience as Catering and Retail Sales Manager at Café Momentum Dallas and as Food and Beverage Manager at Compass Group, where they ensured service excellence in high-volume environments. Melanie holds an Associate's Degree in Culinary Arts from The Art Institutes, earned in 2005.
