Mamaz Foundation is an NGO in Romania, created to be “the urban village of the modern woman”.
Our mission is to build a safety net for mothers, from A to Z – emotional, medical, and social support throughout every stage of motherhood: infertility, pregnancy, childbirth, recovery, and daily life with a child.
We believe in a community where no mother is left alone.

Organize weekly support groups for mothers

Deliver free workshops on health, emotional balance, couple relationships, and parenting

Provide postpartum physical recovery programs (pelvic floor and post-birth exercises)

Build a network of specialists (doctors, psychologists, therapists, lactation consultants) available to our community

Run awareness and education campaigns for society and the medical sector

Develop partnerships and social projects to offer long-term support for mothers in Romania
