Yoel Chlimper

Yoel Chlimper has held several key roles throughout their work experience. Yoel is currently serving as the Director of Strategy and Innovation at Club Alianza Lima, where they are passionate about using sports, particularly football, to transform society. Yoel also worked as an Advisor of Strategy for the same organization before assuming their current position. Yoel is the Co-founder and CEO of LUCHA, a movement focused on creating and scaling environmentally sustainable businesses. Yoel is also a Co-founder of Mambo, a previous venture, and the Founder of WUF, a social enterprise dedicated to improving the lives of dogs. In addition, they have served as an Independent Director for Energigas SAC and Inversiones Educa. Yoel has been a member of the Advisory Board for Toyota del Peru S.A. and previously worked as the Commercial Manager for Plaza21.com.

Yoel Chlimper pursued their undergraduate education from 2007 to 2012 at Universidad del Pacífico in Peru. Yoel studied Economics during this time period. In 2014 and 2015, they attended Harvard Business School, where they completed the Breakthrough Service Program. This program focused on Business Administration and Management, giving Yoel a deeper understanding of general management principles.
