Gabrielius Serva is currently an Incident Commander at Mambu, having assumed the role in 2023. Previously, from 2015 to 2022, Gabrielius served as a Senior Situation and Crisis Manager at Danske Bank, where they led dynamic teams to minimize business impacts during crises. Before that, they worked as a Major Incident Manager at Barclays from 2013 to 2015 and as an IT Support Analyst from 2011 to 2013, gaining extensive experience in managing incidents and technical recoveries.
