Ileana Popa

Ileana Popa is an experienced professional in the field of cybersecurity and software engineering, currently serving as the Manager of Detection & Response Engineering at Mambu since April 2022. Prior roles include a Security Engineer position at Mambu, an SDE Information Security at Amazon from September 2020 to December 2021, and a Security Researcher on the Cyber Threat Intelligence Lab Team at Bitdefender from January 2019 to September 2020. Ileana also gained valuable experience as a Software Developer Intern at Amazon and held an intern position focused on Continuous Integration at Continental. Earlier, Ileana was active in PR & Media for ASII and participated in a graphic design project as a summer intern at Dilusorp. Ileana holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Universitatea „Alexandr Ioan Cuza” din Iași, with education spanning from 2011 to 2020.
