Roxana Grosu

Roxana Grosu is an experienced engineering manager with a robust background in people management, delivery management, and agile coaching, currently serving in that capacity at Mambu since September 2021. Prior to this role, Roxana held various leadership positions including Group Leader at Continental, where oversight of 20-50 engineers and project delivery involvement were key responsibilities, and Delivery Manager at UniCredit Services S.C.p.A., focusing on project coordination and compliance. Roxana's earlier experience includes roles as Product Manager at OSF Global Services, Software Development Manager at Centric IT Solutions Romania, and Delivery Manager at Levi9 Technology Services, demonstrating a consistent trajectory in managing teams, project delivery, and client relations. Roxana holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and Computer Science from Gheorghe Asachi Technical University of Iași.
