Steve George Navas

Steve George Navas is a highly experienced professional in project management and customer onboarding, currently serving as the Customer Onboarding Manager for LATAM at Mambu since April 2021. In this role, Steve leads the LATAM Delivery and Support team, overseeing core banking project implementations and collaborating with various internal teams to ensure project success. Prior to this, Steve held multiple positions, including Project Manager at Intellect Design Arena Ltd, where responsibilities included implementing credit core systems and managing project scopes. Steve also served as a Senior Business Analyst at BHP, bridging communication between international teams, and has extensive experience in project and team management across various companies. Steve holds a Master's degree in Information Technologies and Management from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and a degree in Systems Engineering from Universidad Nacional Experimental Politécnica de la Fuerza Armada Nacional.
