Tara Brache

Tara Brache is a Global Talent Partner at Mambu, where engagement involves hiring talent across multiple global locations. Since July 2021, Tara has also served as a Talent Partner at Join Talent, focusing on bespoke hiring solutions for businesses. Previously, Tara founded GIGA HR Consulting, undertaking significant HR roles, including HR Project Manager at Distell and HR Business Partner at Vodafone. As an HR Business Partner for MTN's Global Head Office and a Senior HR Consultant for TFG (The Foschini Group), Tara contributed to regional expansion and supported various divisions. Tara's career began as an HR Generalist at Pernod Ricard, enriching skills in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and HR policy guidance. Tara holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Political Science from Stellenbosch University.
