Our Welsh Cakes are inspired by love and family heritage, using recipes passed down from our founders' Mamgu (Welsh for "Grandmother"). Handmade in our St Davids bakery in Pembrokeshire, we combine traditional techniques with innovative flavours to create Welsh Cakes that are more than just a treat - they’re a centre piece for conversation, a moment of calm, and a time to indulge.
