Rosalien Uges

Rosalien Uges currently serves as Vice-President of HR Americas at Mammoet, a position held since October 2016, where responsibilities include managing HR for Mammoet Holding staff and global functions across various countries. Previously, Rosalien held the role of HR Manager at Mammoet and worked in the Global HR team focusing on talent management and international mobility. Prior to Mammoet, Rosalien was a Senior HR Generalist at UL, overseeing HR activities such as recruitment and global learning programs and contributing to various strategic projects. Rosalien began the career as a Campus Recruiter at Accenture, specializing in IT consultancy recruitment, and also served as a Board Member for Interstedelijk Studenten Overleg in the Netherlands. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Social Legal Services & HRM from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht and a Bachelor's degree in HR from Lund University.
