Sergio Lima is a seasoned rigging and lifting supervisor with extensive experience in the heavy lifting and construction industry. Currently employed at Mammoet since January 2020, Sergio oversees rigging and lifting operations. Previously, Sergio held various supervisory roles at ALE from January 2018 to January 2020 and March 2016 to June 2017, managing lifting operations on offshore platforms and coordinating site activities. Sergio began as an operator at ALE in October 2014, gaining hands-on experience in heavy equipment operations, maintenance, and assembly. Sergio holds a Bachelor’s degree in Control and Automation Engineering from Universidade Barra Manca (2013-2017) and is pursuing an Executive MBA in Project Management at Faculdade Focus (November 2023 - March 2024).
