Wietske Elgers

Wietske Elgers currently serves as a Workforce Advisor and Planner for the project ARTIC LNG2 at Mammoet since September 2021. Prior experience includes roles as a Resource Planner at EQIN EU from September 2017 to August 2021 and HR Crew Coordinator at Boskalis Offshore Energy from September 2014 to August 2017, where responsibilities included crew planning and HR activities for various vessels. Wietske also held the position of Senior Crew Planner at Q-Ship Management from September 2012 to September 2014, managing crew logistics and recruitment.
